Attendance & Missed Sessions

When booking a Bows Soccer Technical Development Centre block, you are securing your child's place for the full programme rather than paying on a session-by-session basis.

As places are limited and facility hire, coaching provision and session planning are arranged in advance, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or make-up sessions for any sessions missed due to illness, holidays, family commitments or other personal circumstances.

If Bows Soccer Bucks is required to cancel a session due to coach availability, facility issues or circumstances beyond our control, we will arrange an alternative session or provide an appropriate refund where necessary.

We kindly ask families to book with the intention of attending all sessions within the block wherever possible.
